Shipping policy

All orders are shipped using USPS flat rate shipping. Unfortunately, we can only ship within the USA. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Tuber orders will ship in April as soon as temperatures no longer drop below freezing in your region. We are not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays. In the case of a lost package, please reach out to USPS for help.
