Refund policy

Thank you for supporting our small family farm!! 

Tuber Guarantee: Your tuber will be true to variety ID and have at least one visible eye and a healthy tuber body. 

Refund Policy: Please open and inspect your tubers upon arrival. If you have any concerns please contact us at gildedmeadowfarm@gmail.com within 7 days of your package arrival and we will help to resolve any issues. You assume full responsibility for your tubers after 7 days. 

We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are damaged during shipping, die before planting, rot in the ground, don't grow once planted, are stunted, don't bloom, exhibit viruses, pests etc. All sales are final

Storage Loss Before Shipping: Loss of tubers during storage can occur. We do our best to monitor tubers in storage, but it is possible that some of our stock could perish in storage prior to shipping. If that happens, we will notify you and refund the purchase price of the tuber that is no longer available. If you ordered other varieties, they will ship as expected. If you did not order any other varieties, your shipping fee will also be refunded. We are not able to offer the option of a replacement variety. 

Loss During Shipping: We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact USPS for help with lost packages.
